Terms of Use
Please review the guidelines below to understand how ContactSwiper can be used. We keep the language short and readable.
Last updated: October 29, 2025 • Applies to ContactSwiper v1.0 and later.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using ContactSwiper you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, uninstall the app and discontinue use.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ContactSwiper in accordance with these terms and the App Store policies.
Liability
Contact cleanup actions happen under your control. Always review changes before confirming. We are not liable for losses resulting from unintended deletions once confirmed outside the 30-day recycle period.
Support
We provide email support via contactsswiper@gmail.com. Response times are typically within one business day.
Auto-renewal
ContactSwiper Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, Apple will charge your Apple ID and renew the subscription for the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Once cancelled, your entitlement remains active until the current paid period expires.
Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple. If you believe a charge was made in error, submit a refund request via reportaproblem.apple.com; ContactSwiper cannot issue in-app refunds.
Subscription management
All billing, upgrades, downgrades, and family sharing are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings. We do not have access to your payment credentials.
Pricing
We may adjust pricing or introduce new plans in the future. Any increase will be communicated in the App Store; you can cancel if you do not agree with the new price before renewal.
Updates
We may update these terms when new features launch. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
